PAC offers a lot more than individual components and stocking for our OEM and MRO clients. We also build value-added sub-assemblies with many levels of complexity. These assemblies can be as simple as an individual valve built with fittings and custom labeling, to complete electrical/pneumatic enclosures using dozens of standard and custom parts.

We invite our customers to bring any and all valves to these demonstrations where we compare speed, reliability and repeatability of our MAC air valves against all competitors. Our labs provide real-time, printable results of o-scope traces of valve response times and effects of varying air pressures and voltages. Before you commit to any air valve in your machine, you owe it to yourself to ensure the valve you choose meets or exceeds you requirements. These labs are always available for individual performance testing as well as large group presentations. If you expect empirical data in your machine design, let us "walk-the-walk" for you.

Whether it is a new employee unfamiliar with pneumatics or an entire shift looking to learn more about valve schematics and pneumatic troubleshooting, PAC will arrange to provide training support for your operation. We offer everything from impromptu training in your office to complete "lunch and learn" presentations for groups. We include our portable valve labs and operate pneumatic components as we train. These sessions always result in answering numerous questions that many employees have and result in improved skills for your labor force.
